Looking to master a classic for a French chef? In this class we will go over how to make delicate macaron cookies that will be so easy to whip up. Once the cookies are baked then it’s time to fill. We’re going to make two creamy swiss buttercreams that will have you thinking of the holidays along with a peppermint chocolate ganache perfect for those chocolate cravings. At the end of class you’ll be able to take a box of your macarons home to enjoy with your family and friends.
