Vegan Pasta Workshop

You don’t have to cut out pasta for every diet. We will take some classic Italian flavors and dishes but recreate them using plant based ingredients! Learn how to make your own vegan pasta at home then roll and shape into multiple shapes for any dish. We’ll take some of the dough and turn them into ravioli made with a creamy cashew filling. Finish off the pasta with a couple delicious sauce and some fresh made focaccia to slop up the extra sauce on your plate. Going vegan or health or the environment doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the foods you love. Come learn how to make a vegan meal today! Ages 16 and up. Do to the nature of this class nuts are found in many recipes, please reach out if there are any questions or concerns.
