Two Day Bread Workshop

Looking to become a master of bread? In this intensive two-day class you will learn some of the classics for your pantry along with some delicious restaurant style bread to enjoy at home. In the first day we will cover some quick breads that can easily be done in a day along with discussing how to make bread even better when we have the time. We will finish they day by making the start of the breads for day two so you can learn the whole process of creating that golden, crunchy crust, and delicious flavor. If you love carbs you’ll love this class.

Day 1:

  • Kaiser Rolls,
  • Sandwich Bread,
  • Irish Soda Bread,
  • Bagels,
  • English Muffins

Day 2:

  • French Loaf,
  • California Golden Loaf,
  • Focaccia,
  • Baguette
