We are so excited to be welcoming guest Chef Brian Talley. Brian comes to us from the central coast and will be bringing his vast experience with farming, wine and cooking “Santa Maria Style BBQ” over a wood fire.
Join us for an evening featuring the seasonal recipes of Our California Table with Brian Talley. This multi-generational cookbook embraces recipes from family, friends, chefs, and restaurateurs he met during decade of traveling for their family wine business on the Central Coast. The class will feature farm-fresh produce from the Talley farm in Arroyo Grande paired with wine from their vineyard, and highlight the Santa Maria-style barbecue which is an iconic status of the community. The moderate climate and rich alluvial soil of the area produces year-round fresh vegetables and fruit and a creates the perfect condition for Chardonnay and Pinot grapes making this a unique opportunity to celebrate cooking and eating with friends.
