Petit Four Workshop

Want to feel like Marie Antoinette and just let them eat? In this Intensive class we will learn how to make classic petit fours of three flavors. We’ll start with some classic frangipane and making sure it’s thin and ready for the cakes. Once cooled we can stack the cakes and layer them with creamy swiss buttercream. To finish them off we will give them a glaze and look at some different decorations that will elevate them from a pinterest dream to something the queen of France deserves. At the end of class you will be able to take your petit fours home and share them with your family and friends.
