Looking to master a classic for a French chef? In this class we will go over how to make delicate macaron cookies that will turn out every time. Once the cookies are baked then it’s time to fill. We’re going to make a creamy Lemon Swiss Buttercream, a silky Earl Grey Chocolate Ganache, and deep caramel with a hint of lavender. At the end of class e be able to take a box of your macarons home to enjoy with your family and friends.
