Fresh Spring Tart Workshop

In this spring workshop take a dive into the world of pastry and leave with the knowledge to create multiple delicious tarts at home. From a classic French Fruit Tart, to a newer version with a southern spin in the Walnut Cream Tart. Lighten the palette with a Lemon Meringue Tart before finishing the day with a Salted Caramel and Chocolate Tart. This class will provide multiple components to create various tarts at home again and again. Age 16 and up.
