Final Croissants and Danishes 101

Now’s the time to sign up if you’ve ever wanted to learn how a chef gets those fine layers in a croissant. In Chef Harry’s final croissant and Danish class, you will learn how to roll and fold the dough into the perfect layers to create a buttery and flakey pastries perfect with your morning coffee. Fill the dough with some classic favorites before baking them off into golden perfection. At the end of class take a box of your creations home to share with family and friends.
