Looking for a new addition to your weekend menu? This class will focus on the multiple shapes of the delicious Danish. We’ll start by rolling out premade dough and cutting them into fun and decorative shapes. While the yeast does it’s work we will take a step back to the beginning of the process and make a new dough. Discover the art of lamination and how to roll and fold your dough into thin layers to create the most flakey pastry. Don’t forget the fillings! We will make multiple fillings both sweet and savory to bring our pastries to the next level. At the end of class take home a box of your creations to share with your family and friends, ready to make more when you get home.
