This is the ultimate teen class.  Students will learn how to transform the foods they love into their own amazing creations.  Students of all skill levels will get hands on experience preparing restaurant style dishes such as Grilled Flank Steak Tacos, Penne with Roasted Tomato Sauce, Butternut Squash Soup, and Apple Tarts to name a few.  They will also create menus and contribute ideas to what we cook in class.  Students will learn kitchen safety and basic techniques.  Returning students will have new dishes to prepare and new challenges. 
Parents don’t need to worry about dinner after this class...your student will be fed and ready to start in on homework. ;-)
