Middle & High School age
Camp runs daily (Monday-Thursday) from 10am to 3pm.
- Intensive training in knive skills
- Learn how to confidently use kitchen tools and appliances
- How to properly follow recipes
- Introduction to ingredients
- Learn the trinity, bechamel, vinaigrette, sauté, stir fry, baking vs. cooking, and roasting and much more!
Monday: Honey BBQ Chicken Wings (snack) Teriyaki Chicken & Veggie Packs, homemade Teriyaki Sauce, Fried Rice with Pineapple, Salad with Creamy Orange Dressing, & Fruit Sorbets
Tuesday: Walking FIELD TRIP TO LOCAL BUSINESS. Bruschetta (snack), Caesar Salad w/homemade croutons & dressing, Marinara Sauce, Classic Meatballs, Garlic Knots & Vanilla Cupcakes
with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
Wednesday: Quesadillas (snack), Salsa Fresca, Fresh Avocado Guacamole, Sweet Corn cakes, Fajitas, Salad with Creamy lime dressing & Mexican Chocolate Cake
Thursday: Mac n cheese (snack), Sliders, Pasta Caesar Salad, Individual fruit crisp & Homemade graham cracker s’mores
