Students will receive the knowledge, skills, and the hands on experience that is essential to navigate in the kitchen like a pro.
–Intensive training in knife skills, kitchen tools, and appliances
-Saute, stir fry, grilling, baking vs. cooking, and roasting
-Following recipes, plating, and garnishing
