Spring soiree – Bounty of Spring

April warming trends shoo in some of the year’s most extraordinary albeit short season vegetable treats produced in our fair state. These spring favorites can be a wee bit intimidating as well as time consuming to prepare but this class changes that attitude forever!
- Green garlic, asparagus mushroom and chevre puff pastry galettes
- Fava bean, sweet pea, green garlic and orange zest pesto crostini showered w/ grated parmesan and lemon zest
- Green garlic and asparagus soup
- Roasted fresh salmon garnished with fava bean and green garlic beurre blanc
- Free Form *strawberry and vanilla bean tart w/ honey sweetened mascarpone
