Enjoy a night out making some wonderful dishes that combine the elegance and sweet taste of the sea, with Crab cakes and the hearty but subtle flavor of the land with the beloved Swine! We will enhance the flavor of the pork through a brining process that adds a sweet and salty apple flavor and make a fresh avocado salsa to accompany our delicate crab cakes. We will punctuate our evening with a homemade Crème Brulee! So come join us for a Night out to Remember!
