This 6 week Hands-On series is designed for the beginner cook who wants to learn
the basics as well as the experienced cook who wants to hone their skills
In each class we cover the basics of cooking techniques, ingredients and
equipment that will help make you a more confident, capable cook.
Gain the confidence as you learn to cook, to try a new recipe or even cook without one.
Judy will thoroughly discuss all the recipes and different techniques involved. We will also focus on knife skills, ingredients, menu planning and equipment. A full meal will be enjoyed in every class.
