Have fun learning the basic cooking skills to create tasty, regional comfort food favorites like a chef. We will visit the Southwest, Hawaii, and focus on plating our dishes.
- HAWAII: Banana Bread, Hawaiian Barbecue Chicken with homemade Teriyaki sauce, Fried Rice, Macaroni salad, Pineapple upside down cake.
- SOUTH: Grilled Pork w/ Homemade BBQ Sauce, Cornbread Muffins, Twice Baked Potatoes, Spinach-Bacon Salad, Strawberry Shortcake
- SOUTHWEST: Shrimp Tostadas w/ Mango Salsa, Roasted Corn w/ Herb Butter, Roasted Sweet Potato Fries, Southwestern Slaw, Apple Tart w/ caramel sauce & Hand Whipped Cream
